When do I get my Photos?
➢ You will receive your gallery once the payment is fully paid.
➢ I typically complete sessions the same day, but I ask for 1–3 days to ensure top quality. A one-week turnaround is rare.
➢ Wedding delivery times vary, but your photos are always my top priority.

Why do I have to do a deposit first?
➢ A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot.

When do I have to pay?
➢ When you book, it will ask for a 50% deposit. That deposit is required to secure your spot.
➢ The remaining 50% will be due prior to the release of your gallery.

Refund Policy
➢ Due to the nature of digital photography and the inability to return photographs once they have been sent, Kalyn enforces a strict no-refunds policy.
➢ In the event of camera malfunction, inclement weather, or any unforeseen circumstances that prevent me from photographing on the scheduled date, a new date will be arranged. If rescheduling is not possible, your deposit will be refunded, if applicable.
➢ No refunds will be issued under any circumstances if you fail to attend the scheduled activity at the designated time and date specified in the booking.
➢ Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo.”

Reschedule
➢ If you’ve already placed your 50% deposit and need to reschedule, please reach out to me. We’ll work together to find a new date that works for both of us.

Late Policy
➢ I offer a 15-minute grace period. If you inform me that you'll be running late, I’m happy to accommodate you; however, a $30.00 fee will be added to your payment.
➢ If there is no communication from the client within a 15-minute timeframe, I will assume the session is canceled and will leave.
Please note that refunds will not be provided in such cases. The initial 50% deposit was required to reserve your spot. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time.
➢ Please be advised that I will be unable to wait beyond one hour past the scheduled session time.

Locations
➢ I have a few locations in mind, but if you have a specific location you'd prefer, I'm more than happy to accommodate. I love seeing new locations!
➢ Please note that locations over an hour away will incur a $30.00 travel fee to cover gas.

How do I download my photos?
To save your photos, please follow these steps:
1. Click the three dots and select "Download."
2. You will be prompted to enter your email address in order to proceed with the download.
3. After entering your email, you will be asked to choose a download size. I recommend selecting "High Resolution" and opting to download to your device. Then, click "Download."
4. You will be directed to a download link. Click on the link, and once the download is complete, the ZIP files should open, click the zip, and then the file and your photos should appear!!
